Each tablet contains 350mg of extract from the green lipped mussel, Perna canalicus. This particular mussel is taken by millions of people throughout the world to help maintain joint mobility. Up to 3 tablets daily with a meal. Caution: Green Lipped Mussel is a natural extract and normal allergic reactions may be experienced by anyone with an allergy to shellfish.
